  1. BJ Sams of the Ravens he was 5 " 4 and Jonathan Ogden was 6"8 of the ravens

  2. Maurice Jones-Drew is very short for a football player, I think he's 5'6"

I believe the tallest in the NFL right now is Jonathon Ogden, the 6'9" Offensive lineman.

There used to be a 6'10" Tight end for the Chiefs I believe.

  3. Tallest In The NFL Was Richard Sligh Who Was 7 feet. But Before The NFL There Was Bob Bobinghanger Who Was 7 7 .

The Shortest Jack "Soapy" Shapiro at 5 2.

  4. Jack Shapiro was the shortest player in the NFL.

Jack Shapiro, played one game in 1929 as a blocking back with Staten Island against the Minneapolis Red Jackets.

    5'0 1/2" 119 pounds.

The tallest player in the NFL is Jonathan Ogden who measures at 6'9.

  5. Joe Morris RB with the Giants was like 5'6'' I think

  6. I believe other guys pointed out the shortest, I knew it was a 5'2" guy but didn't know the name.

Jonathan Ogden is the tallest currently playing, at 6'9", but I'm pretty sure there's been taller guys out there.  I'm reasonably certain there was a 6'10" tight end back in the seventies who played for a little while; can't remember any specifics though.

  7. Shortest: Jack "Soapy" Shapiro was 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighed 126 pounds.

Tallest:The tallest football player ever was Bob Bobinghanger who played in 1944 and was 7'7" tall.
