Someone is smart in one field (for example - maths), but not smart in another field (for example -literature)...So, we can't say who is The one...

You said  - Einstein is the smartest before? I disagree. For me Lenin was smarter than Einsten. Just an idea...

I always thought of Chinese ppl..but in a game...there was candidates and one of the questions was who r the smartest ppl in the world,the choise was btw China,Morocco & another country..i can't remember so the guy chose China,then the other country...and it was wrong,the true answer was Morocco...It's not my opninon..

Capabilities are widely spread in many skills, the development one each of them would carry individuals to the top of the dominion and ability on any or some, nevertheless, this doesn't mean this person is skilled on all specialties, so this question is not possible to answer accurately, I would say, certainly there are persons very smart but in one or few areas, this doesn't make him or her the smartest of the world..

There are millions of person with very high IQs, and are not the smartest of the world, included my favorite Albert Einstein.
