  1. Nick Fotiu

  2. It's a short list, old school obviously howe and a guy named battleship kelly, bob gassoff, joey kocur, tony twist and bob probert... no one gives twist any credit, but i have seen him beat probert as many times as he's lost

  3. Darren McCarty

He's Been Fighting It Up Since He Came Into the League. Him Vs. Claude Lemeiux its all done!

And Rob Ray Too. He's A Beast Man!

  4. Gordie Howe, others stayed from him.

  5. I know everyone here are going to say the big guys like bob probert, but there is one guy that is way tougher than all those giants.  Tie Domi, he is one of the smallest in the league yet he still takes on the toughest fighters in the league. Tie Domi for sure.

  6. right now im going to say Georges Laraque. of all time i dont know, there are too many to choose.

  7. Probert or Grimson.

  8. Bob Probert for the Red Wings in the 80s

  9. Peter Worrel

  10. Mike Mulbury He hitted a Fan with a Shoe after He and his Teammates fought with the Fans at Madison Square Garden, They need to show what Hockey is Like.

  11. Probie or Gordie Howe

  12. Bob Probert, hands down (gloves off and fists up).

  13. wow, in the history of the NHL

rob ray was pretty good for the sabres back in the day.

  14. So many great goons through the years, Probert, Kocur, Schults, Domi, .....it goes on and on.

Nobody wanted to mess with Ted Lindsey back in the day...but I have never seen Gordie Howe lose a fight either in person or on film.

Dave Schultz was a pain in the a** to many players, but he lost fights.

Bob Probert....was the champ...but fought as much with his brain as with his fists....He would pull the great punchers into himself to negate their skills.

Joey Kocur could throw bombs, but was not as big as many goons.

Tie Domi...never thought he lost a fight....we know better.

But here is my out of the box choice as the toughest fighter in history....He is in the Hall of Fame...He was a coach....I have never seen him lose a fight...or even fight to a draw....I have seen him take on the toughest of his time and triump...but he was not known as a fighter.

    Larry Robinson

Anyone who can find me film of him losing a fight I will buy lunch for!

  15. Domi will be on my top of the list, one tough guy.
