If you mean at the moment it would be close between Margarito and Hatton. If you mean alltime i would say Duran.

Antonio Margarito.... is a great puncher with quick hands and keeps coming forward in every round of every fight.... he is my choice but Juan Diaz is in a close second even though he lost to Campbell

I got to vote Margarito. He is not the most talented guy  and he seems to know that. He more than makes up for that by pure will, and strength! Cotto is also top notch, whoever wins that fight should be named the best pressure fighter!

   Juan Diaz is a beast! I think he has the talent to be the best pressure guy of the bunch. But so is Pavlik. Calzaghe is a smart pressure guy and does not soley rely on pressure like Diaz, Hatton, Margarito, or Cotto.

Antonio Margarito. The man throws numerous punches and keeps coming forward, as if he's a d**n cyborg. Not only are his punches in high volume, they can actually knockout oppositions. Sometimes, I question if Margarito knows the meaning of danger or retaliation from opponents?

I like Hatton, unfortunately his downfall was running into a guy who was a pretty good counter puncher.

Of the fighters fighting today, Hatton, Margorito, and Cotto are pretty even as far as pressure fighters go.  Of all time I'd go with Henry Armstrong as the ultimate pressure fighter.
