I know that the president is named W, but who is the ugly guy that stands behind/next to him at all the important press conferences?

P.S. What type of name is W? Just a letter and no real first name or last time? America really slipped up when they elected him. It sounds like a codename. "Agent W is in position and has secured the Presidency. Over and Out"
