Who is the woman in the new sainsburys advert?!?

this is really sad but its been bugging me and my sisters whenever the advert comes on tv! the new advert for sainsburys has got a lady in it who we've defintly seen before in something, probably a soap, but we cant think what she was in and who she was lol. please tell me if you know cos its bugging all of us even though it is very sad that we care!

Yes.  As some have already said, she played Tricia Armstrong in Corrie, and her on screen son Jamie, was played by Joe Gilgun who is now all grown up, and plays Eli Dingle in Emmerdale!

Yep it was bugging me for a while too! I remember her from Corrie, she played Tricia but I'm sure she's had other small roles in Casualty and The Bill etc.
