Lightest Woman: Lucia Zarate, the 21.5-inch tall Mexican "Lilliputian," was a 19th century sideshow star, and remains the lightest adult on record, weighing just 4.7 pounds at the time of her death. She was billed in an act known as "The Fairy Sisters," and died in 1889 of pneumonia after her circus train got stranded in the snow.
