the lists vary. but mary-kate olsen is on most of them! britney spears too. but personally i think mary-kate is the worst.

For worst dressed I would go with mischa Barton. She really is a pretty girl, but her outfits are terrible. They are definitely never flattering. And for worst celebrity outfit I'd have to go w/ lil' kim and the pasty dress she wore. Remember the one with a full dress on one side but only a pasty covering... Well you know. Once again pretty girl, bad choices. Or the swan dress. That is not only an ugly dress but really disguisting, too.
