Ill be biased and say New Zealand suck, hehe, no they don't but I'd have to say Uganda are the worst, they are no.50! But the Americas are pretty bad also.

Italy but i have to say they are deffently sorting themselves out and working their way up. just have to look at a few of the scares in the last six nations. any other nations like Spain and eastern european teams dont really have the resources or the chances to be up on the main stage!

England population 54 million with about 150 thousand rugby players...

Wales Population 2 million - with about 15 hundred rugby players..

England underperform massively as they (through sheer weight of player no's and finances) should win everything.

Wales overperform massively - due to population size and amount of players available (which are by and large quality), and so should be considered one of the very best.

But hey don't let the facts get in the way of petty cross boarder hatred.

Some countries don't play the odd shaped ball game at all, mainly African nations such as Sudan, Chad etc

That said Namibia is developing well along with Morocco.

I don't know who is acutally the worst at the moment though.
