If Obama is elected, he'll be the youngest president we have ever had, beating JFK by a few years.  

I am not sure who is the youngest president or leader in the world.  I do remember a book by a missionary in Africa, who tells of seeing the president of a newly-formed state, marching in a parade wearing her housecoat and waving a machine gun.  She stated that he looked like a teenaged boy in drag.
