uhm if that is al pachino or a look alike then i'm blind myself. lol*

that looks to be Locklyn Munroe who played Jack Sheridan on Charmed (prue's annoying co-worker & later on a love interest of hers, that turned out to be twins)

but the pic is small so what i CAN see is all that i have to go on.
