Who is this MMA fighter?

I remember seeing him a couple years ago on Pride. He was built. He was white and had black, short hair and a black mustache. He's was probably around 6'1 and 220-240lbs. I remember him wearing red, white, and blue trunks. He was fighting this tall asian... chinese man with blonde hair shoulder length. It might have been Hong Man Choi; not sure though. And it was an all out brawl. I remember them trading punches one after another. And the red, white, and blue trunks won. And I'm not sure about this but I think I remember someone saying he was and ex-firefighter??

Don Frye.....I remember that fight.....they just beat the h**l out of one another.... Until the Asian guy got winded and eye swelled shut

And I think that he would rather you say that he looks like Tom Selleck than Freddie Mercury.

That sound like it could be Don Frye, but whoever the other guy is I have not a clue.  

It's definitely not Choi (who's Korean by the way) because Choi has never fought in Pride, he's always been under contract with K-1.  The sole exception is his MMA fight with Fedor.  I've never seen Choi's hair at the length you describe.  Also, Choi is so tall and massive he makes Bob Sapp like a normal-sized human.
