Who is this comedian?

I saw this guy on comedy central a little while ago but I forgot his name.

He would do stand-up and do jokes while playing guitar.

Some of his jokes were:

"I'm addicted to placebos.I could quit,but it wouldn't matter."

"My dad told my I was born 8 and a half months premature."

On guitar:

"I think the kitten's trying to kill me,

I better kill him first...

Good thing mommy's sleeping.

Where are the big scissors?

Here kitty,kitty,kitty!

We're gonna play a new,funny kind of game.

Nothing's ever gonna be the same...."

Those are a couple.He was weird and funny.Who the h**l was he?
