I just rescued a TB mare from auction and I believe her tattoo number is 39113J. Can anyone tell me if this might be correct and who she is??? First correct answers gets 10 points Thank you

The jockey club has a tattoo research section.

Just google the site I forgot it and I do believe you have to pay a certain amount of money.

There are different levels of searches, from just finding the name, age, and placings to getting the pedigree and past breeding's.
