Who is trying out for the Pit (Front Ensemble) of UNC Greeley for the fall of 2008?

I've never played pit in marching band before. I have two snare pieces and a mallet piece for my audition and I'm really nervous. Is there anyone out there who's going to UNC Greeley in the fall who's also auditioning for the front ensemble of the Pride of the Rockies marching band?

Are you on Facebook, too?  because there is are a couple of groups you'd want to join:  University of Northern Colorado Music is one and the other is Pride of the Rockies Marching Band - Past and Present Members.  There's also a group on Myspace called Pride of the Rockies

I am an alum of the band, but I graduated several years ago.  I don't know anyone in the band currently...at least I don't think I do.  But the directors are the same.  Dr. Mayne and Doc (Dr. Singleton) are AWESOME!!!!  At this moment, I'm planning on playing in the Alumni Band at Homecoming, but plans change (like last year, when I RSVPed and then my niece was born the night before!)

Anyway, the Pride of the Rockies is the best college marching band in Colorado.  Don't let anyone tell you otherwise!  :)
