Who is unhappy about the Heller decision that established an individuals Right to own a fire arm?

The ruling does not extend to military arms and Felons are still prohibited from owning guns.

  1. please explain further, im from the uk and have used many different firearms. But the USA obsession with guns baffles me. And the retort is always 'its our right' or 'its in the constitution'. Its an old law that was put in place to call up a militia when the USA was trying to get rid of the brits. But these days it just makes you guys look like gun nuts!


  2. I am because it is wimpy in terms of protecting gun rights.  Did you read it?  Community standards (a 'living' standard) governs what is acceptable.

    This is what you get when RINOs appoint judges.

  3. I am unhappy that a bunch of loons are going to cite it to get rid of any or all gun regulations.

    It was never debatable whether it is an individual right, but now it's an open can of worms when it comes to gun regulation.

What we are questioning is the rights period, there is something more to this decision then meets the eyes and will be fully disclosed sooner or later, probably in the long run all citizens will have rights removed to bear arms even in your place of abode. With larger government comes less constitutional rights.
