Well as far as accumulated money I would say Kanye because of tours, production and endorsements. But as far as earning potential I would say Wayne. Everyone has him on a song or in a video. Plus, he does shows all the time. If it wasn't for the money he pays out for his entourage, drugs and legal issues, he would have more money. (personal opinion)
