  1. MVPedroia

  2. i think grady seizmore

  3. PEDROIA

Quintens hit more hr's and has more rbi's than pedrioia but frankly that shouldn't mean S**t Pedroia's place in the lineup isnt to hit homeruns or get rbi's (except latley when he's been hitting #4 for the injured youk) hes a #2 hitter he's supposed to get on base so people like papi can drive him in. He's easily the best #2 hitter in baseball now hitting .330 and he just adds to that with a career high 16 hr's and over 70 rbi's now. He is also an excellent defensive player with only 6 errors on the season and over a .990 fielding %

  4. carlos Q. from the w.sox, he leads the A.L in homeruns and is keeping the sox in playoff race

  5. The guy who puts the P in MVP: Pedroia, the little big man in Boston!!!

When have you ever seen a 5'9" second baseman bat cleanup in a lineup like Boston's? The guy will have 200+ hits, bat .325-.330, have 50 doubles, 20 HR's and 20 stolen bases, all while playing gold glove caliber defense!!!

  6. rlier in the season I went with Hamilton, and for obvious reasons. He isnt slumping, its more so, that Kinsler isnt in the lineup hitting in front of him, getting on base, and those ahead of him, as well as the team itself, has struggled last 3 weeks, since they showed, slightly, they were trying to make a run to the Wild card. He is still batting 298 overall, and when he gets the opportunity for a RBI, usually gets it. However, no thanks to his mates, his chances decreased alot.

Now I have to go with Morneau. He has yet again, quietly, posted big numbers, while givng his team, a bunch of unknowns, a legitimate chance for the division crown and a playoff appearance.

  7. That "STINKIN RED SOX" ...Pedroia....the little S#!% is really something...if he doesn't get it, it would be an injustice...I love his play but he is still a 'STINKIN RED SOX".....regardless...Pedroia is my pick!....GO YANKEES! STINKIN RED SOX!

  8. hamilton.

  9. Josh Hamilton, still.

  10. pedroia

boston has had a lot of injuries.. things could have easily gone south

but instead they are playing some of their best baseball.. and he is a big reason why

not sure he gets it.. but i think he deserves it

  12. Right now it's a neck and neck race. Hamilton would be more of a lock had he not faded in August, I'd say even a good September won't get him in with the other contenders. Quentin is the current front runner, his case will be bolstered if the ChiSox take the division. Pedroia is the sentimental favorite because of his size and style, he has a monster month and he'll be undeniable.

But I'll say Carlos Quentin is the most likely to win. MVP voters like voting for sluggers.

  13. It's a toss up between Quentin and Pedroia, but I'm going to go with Pedroia given his huge RBI production has come out of mainly the 1 and 2 spots in the order.  Plus, the .330 average, speed along the base paths along with 16 homers is a huge achievement for a 5 foot 9 inch non power hitter.

  14. Aubrey Huff

  15. The 4'10" 2B for Boston, Dustin MVPedroia.

  16. if the white sox make the playoffs it will b carlos quentin.

  17. DUSTIN PEDROIA!

  18. Hamilton despite the slump or Lee as his pitching has been phenomenal all season.
