Got to be Wayne Gretzky. Jaromir Jagr and Teemu Selanne are worthy of a mention too.

And there's been a few good Goalies too. Like Cujo and Martin Brodeur.

Hey, I was going to say Gordie Howe too - if he's good enough to be Gretzky's fave then he's good enough for me. But I always liked Steve Yzerman too.
