My first cousin....nevermind.  If my father only had one son , how could that son have a brother?  It would have to be a half brother then.  So it would be my first cousin once removed....I think.....Oh frick!  I dunno.  I'm confused.

Brother's Aunt's daughter is a cousin if the Aunt's the brother's Mother but if the Aunt's the brother's Father's sister there is no relation

The brother of the daughter is a cousin if the Uncle's wife is the sister of the mother

The father is presumably the uncle and the Father's son is presumably the cousin

So Assuming that the brother's uncle's wife is the sister of the mother the son would be the cousin of the person to whom this question is addressed
