Definitely Tenten in Naruto Part 1.

In part 2 they dont show tenten that much yet, and sakura got pretty strong. =]

My favorite characters id have to say kakashi in naruto, and for aruto shippuuden i really like sakura because instead from the original series when she wasn't a really good ninja she cahnges a lot in the shippuuden, and is so more helpful...she really cool with the shippuuden....and i also like naruto and deidara....

i love drunken lee, too bad they don't want to make lee stronger (gaara can beat kimimaru yet drunken lee can't? wtf)

in shippuuden, i love jiraiya (he's the smartest strongest ninja in konoha but he got killedT_T)
