Sourav... absolutely.

Because of his all round contribution to the cricket.

He was the one who started a team - a real team - that looked like can win matches when they take field.

Kapil Dev did a great job in his era... yet, mostly by his own super atheletism. Could not really get the team together as a single unit. I don't think it was his fault... just that the time and people were not right.
