Currently, I would have to go with Nonito Donaire.  His knockout of Vic Darchinyan was sick, and its not like he got lucky either because he was winning that fight on one of the judges scorecards before it ended (the other two had it an even fight).  He also showed in his last fight against Luis Maldonado that he has good boxing ability, and he is arguably the best flyweight in the world right now.

If you are asking of all time, then I would have to go with Pancho Villa- he WAS the original Manny Pacquiao.  He was a relentless flyweight fighter who took on all challenges.  When he won the title from the all-time great Jimmy Wilde, he put a beating on him so bad that he put Wilde in the hospital, and Wilde did not even recognize his own wife for a short while after (he made a full recovery though).  His life and career were cut short while he was still in his prime (23 years old) because he did not take care of his teeth.  Too bad; he was a great fighter, and in my eyes, the greatest Filipino fighter of all time.
