If you're talking about the movie, probably Mrs. White. Madeline Kahn, rest her soul, was the shizzy.

Interestingly enough, Kedakai Turner who is 'Miss Scarlett' on the Clue board game (the photo version from the 80s) is married to James Lipton from "Inside The Actor's Studio"!
