  1. No doubt Lucifer. I do not believe the Bible or in the Christian god or any thing from Christianity but I respect the character Lucifer for being a rebel. He saw God was a fool so he abandoned Heaven to create his own palace.

  2. Hannah cause she was faithful to her man and to God.  I don't think I could have gave my son to the temple when he was weaned.  That took faith.

  3. Job, because like Jesus he withstood the wiles of Satan.  Lost everything but kept his faith.

  4. Elisha, because he had God send two bears out to kill some kids who made fun of his bald head (2 Kings chap 2)

  5. My favorite is Jesus how he lived knowing the things that He had to endure and go through. He died died for our sins.  And my next favorite is Job how he did not give up on God.

  6. besides Jesus, it would be Samson (Tyrone Powers played him well)

  7. Tough call, Solomon is pretty cool.  That Jesus fellow was all right.  Lets see...Enoch, Methuselah, the talking snake, Ezekiel, and the talking donkey are up there on my list.  As are the four creatures covered with eyes in Revelation.  Ooo...such a gut wrenching choice.  I'm going to have to go with Jesus though what with his ultimate influence on the course of human history and all.

  8. Satan... he's a rebel.

  9. Jesus Christ because He died for my sins took the sting out of death.

Second to Him, I would pick Stephen, the 2nd martyr.  I admire his courage and faith when under such tremendous persecution.

  10. After Christ I choose Mary His mother and Mary the sister of Lazarus as both speak to my soul of who I strive to be and where I have been and where I have to go still.

  11. Jesus; He died for my sins.

  12. I took to Job. He demonstrated God's sovereignty  and the meaning of true faith. In him God addressed the question to those with understanding, "why do the righteous suffer?"
