The Batman, easily.

There's so many facets to his character. There are not many fictional characters with new stories constantly being written for them for almost 70 years straight. Batman is the greatest fictional character ever created. I say this with confidence, because it seems every writer has at least one Batman story to tell. No other character has more graphic novels and trade paperbacks. It's not even close.
