  18. Marvin Hagler is my favourite of all time and Roberto Duran would be a close second.

  19. DLH , AT HIZ PRIME , JOE SUCKZ

  20. Iron Mike....I know that goes against the grain in terms of people who really are into the art of boxing and enjoy those boxers who furthered the sport and all that, but when Mike stepped in the ring and bell went off....you had no idea what was going to happen. And when I say Mike, I don't mean when he was biting Holyfield's ear and all that...I'm talking Mike when he had guys running from him in the ring and fights weren't even getting to the 2nd round.

  21. Larry Holmes.  He proved time and time again that he was one of the best heavyweights ever.  He earned the title in one of the greatest fights ever, where he found enough heart in the 15th round to win.  He was a title contender into his mid-fourties (He possibly could have been given the decision twice in 1990's title fights.)  He was a funny, witty champion who always entertained.

  22. Roy Jones Jr. he is the total package I have been around the fight game a long time I have not seen anyone close to what he can do. He can box he can punch he can fight with the jab or with out it  he played in a pro basketball game in the after noon and had a pro fight that same night and won by KO who does that no one. He shut out James Tony when he took his title from him and he Knock Out Vergil Hill another world champion with a single body punch he went from middle weight champion to heavy weight champion it has never been done before and will never be done again and here is the big thing he will beat Calzahe remember you heard it here first.Do you remember how fast Roy was I know it,s easy to pick Ali and I love him too and it,s hard not to go with him because he was trueil a great fighter and I am ASHAMED THAT i WENT AGAINT ALI

  23. The guy in your avatar but im not allowed to be a fan of him because im english well thats what the welsh like to think.Yeah thats right i prefer a welsh boxer over ricky hatton and im english

  24. wow, what a question. there is no right or wrong answer to it.now my answer might surprise most of you.. amd my favorite was far from being the best of all time, but you never knew what to expct from him. either he would lose to a nothing fighter like marvis frazier, or he would upset tthen top contender anf turter wolrd heavyweight champoin like frank bruno, or  pull off the impossible and dethrone the wolrd heavyweight champoin like tim witherspoon in a devastating first round ko.this man reminded me of a throw back to the olden days of the sport. and in my opinion, had an erie resemblence to jersey joe walcott. and now without further adue my favorite of all time. JAMES BONECRUSHER SMITH. there is an old saying, something about if looks could kill.not only did this guy look like he could kill, but alos had an appropriate ring name.after all. is that not one of the turn ons about boxing? not knowing what to expect?

  25. Roberto Duran or Bernard Hopkins!

Duran was the greatest LW fighter of all time and is ranked 5th on the all time greatest fighter list by the Ring Magazine.

Alot of people underestimate Duran as they see his fights against the other members of the fab four, Leanord , Hearns and Hagler when really they were Physically bigger men and Duran was past his best then anyway.

If you can find early footage of Duran he was an animal in the ring. What he did in Boxing is like Modern day Manny Pacquiao stepping up and Beating Kelly Pavlik for the middleweight world title.

Unlikely yes Pacquiao is the better boxer and p4p harder puncher but Pavlik is just too big realistically.

The Executioner Bernard Hopkins because what he has achieved is amazing. He seems to get better with age and is probably the best defensive fighter of his generation and one of the top few defensive fighters of all time. Its a shame that Bernard only recieved recognition for his great achievements late in his career but atleast now he is getting the big paydays he deserves.

  26. Im finding it hard to split vinny pazienza, jonny tapia, or julio ceasar shaves, those guys were true warriors in the ring and never avoided any one and all of them fought much bigger battles in life out of the ring than any one could face in a ring and still became big legends in the ring they have true fighting art and mentality and all had spectaciler abilities and records and their careers wern't built on fighting bums neither and on top of that they were true gentle men who conducted themselves properly  if you know their life stories they'd be your fave before they got in the ring and then follow the career that's the stuff you have to sit up and listen to  THEY GET MY RESPECT even if they weren't as good as they were they'd still be you fave like frank Bruno was a big favourite and a great boxer but he had no heart but these guys did the business in the ring

  27. Kelly The Ghost Pavlik he doesn't duck anybody he's humble doesn't fight for money and i grew up with him he's a cool guy

  28. Its hard to pick just one. Roy Jones in his prime was a great performer. Naseem Hamed  before his last few fights was also a very  exciting  boxer to watch, although I did not like some of his personality traits. A mention to Muhammed Ali too.

  29. Sugar Ray Robinson, welter champ, five times middlewight champ, won 175, and lost 19 in 25 years of boxing
