Who killed Drucilla on Bufft the Vampire Slayer?

How could "The First" immitate her like it's done all of the other dead people if no one staked Drucilla and actually killed her? If she was killed, then who killed her and on which show, Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Angel?

Drucilla was a vampire and Angel turned her.  Once she became a vampire, she was dead.  So the First could very well imitate her.

The First could mimic Dru because she was already dead, as all the vampires were (The First took Spike's form, too).  Angel killed her when he sired her.

She was already dead, because vampires are technically dead.

Drusilla was sired by Angel many moons ago, and she left the show to go be with her Chaos Demon or something akin to that.

The First could go into her because she was technically dead.

No one killed Drusilla the reason "The First" was able to imitate her is because as a vampire she's technically already dead. It also imitated Spike and Buffy.

Because vampires are technically dead. They die when they are turned. That is why the First can manifest their image.
