Who know about GUADALAJARA AND MONTERREY MEXICO?

WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THATA CITIES? i need to know if that cities have a lot of high class, a lot of person tall me that yes. im asking because i have in mind put a expensive boutique in that cities, afcourse were the rich people live, what do you guys think are the betters places in that cities?

Both citys are wealthy,been to both! But i think Monterrey has more money then Guadalajara! BuT what ever u choose u wont be disappointed!

Monterrey and Guadalajara have over 4 million inhabitants each one and both have a powerfull business community. (monterrey= industrial / Guadalajara= Software Cluster-Retail).

In Monterrey you will find the headquarters of most of the biggest Mexican Companies (like CEMEX more than 100,000 employees and presence all over the world, and FEMSA the biggest Coca Cola Bottler in Latin America and 2nd world-wide).

San Pedro County is the wealthier community in Monterrey. There you will find such stores as Salvatore Ferragamo, Louis Voitton, Prada, and Departamental Stores like "El Palacio de Hierro" (like a Neiman Marcus or Saks 5th Ave) and there you will find Gucci, Carolina Herrera, etc etc. BTW Saks 5th Avenue has its first store outside the US and it is located at the Santa Fe area in Mexico City (Wealthiest community in Mexico together with San Pedro).

PIB per capita among the San Pedro Garza García residents is up to USD$ 26,500 (2nd highest in Mexico). It is higher than the PIB per Capita of Spain and most of the eastern European countries.

Luxury Homes and Departments costs are in the range of USD$500,000 to USD$3,000,000. And the expensive areas are located (in San Pedro) in "Valle Oriente" (Eastern Valley) and "Calzada del Valle Ave".

Guadalajara's wealthier county is Zapopan. PIB per Capita is just a little lower than San Pedro´s, but still has a large high class community.

Middle and Upper classes in the big cities of Mexico are fashion forward and they pay for luxury brands to enhance their status.

Some marketing strategies of Luxury brands in Mexico includes private events / dinnings/ lounge parties to introduce the brand to society. You MUST hire a PR (public relations) that is respected and well known in the upper classes of Mexico.
