Who know what is this on my right glut or but cheek?

well i have this three pimple like bump like things and they hurt a lot i can't eave sit-down well one of them exploded and a lot of blood with liquid came out and it didn't stop bleeding for 30 min dose anybody knows what is this?

It probably IS a pimple! Pimples on the butt usually hurt then times more than on your face, and they can bleed a lot.

How many are there?  If there are two or three only, after a few days, then I'd think they were boils-- extra large, infected pimples.   If there are  a lot, and they seem to be depressed, with hard crusty edges, sounds like herpes.  You should see your doctor immediately, because boils can be treated with antibiotics at the least, and if possibly herpes, you should be tested.
