Don't know the hotel but temple bar is a fantasic place.  I never sleeps.  I has a constant atmosphere about it.  It is such an interesting place to visit and i'm from Dublin, I've lived here all my life, 32 years.  Temple bar is the center of Dublin City.  Hope you have a great stay in Dublin, Slan!

Can't be quiet because anything near the liffey is noisy unless the windows are kept closed. Huge amounts of traffic pass up and down either side of the liffey. Otherwise i can't think of which one is the river house hotel.
