  1. for me nivea firming lotion works instantly! also you can try wrapping the problem area in plastic wrap at night before you go to sleep, have seen friends do this noticeable results in a few weeks. swimming is a good exercise to break up fat and give you a smoother surface.

  2. a heat wrap is good i found

buy cellulite cream and wrap with with the ordinary plastic wrap used for foods etc.. the heat will help demolish the fatty cells which cause cellulite also if its in the thighs a brill exercises is:

    Lie on your side

raise leg up as far as you can not straining hold for a couple of seconds

do this on each leg 20 times

its the best exercises ive come ac cross and actually works to tone within a week u see and feel results give it a month or two then ur legs will be super toned..:):)

and the ur cellulite will be gone..

    hope this helps :):)

    goo luck!!:D

  3. Cellulite-On, apply directly to the cellulite!

  4. I'm going to be straight up honest with you. The key to diminishing cellulite is to massage your skin. You can massage it with almost anything, but massaging your skin in cellulite prone areas 10 minutes a day will help. The reason massaging helps is because your improving circulation in those areas where it lacks it. The main reason people get cellulite is from lack of circulation.

  5. I do I do!!!! Eat less than 20 grams of fat daily and do cardio 45 min 3-4 times a week. Target training on your off cardio days. It will go completely away. Cellulite is just fat. ugly, gross disgusting fat.

  6. I found the following helped:

    Body brushing

    Cellulite massage

    Leg raises and squats

    Drink plenty of water

    There's more info at http://www.ridofcellulite.org.

Revitol products have been quite popular, I've never used them myself but there's some info at http://www.revitol.com/product/overview/...

  8. diet and exercise.  I know it's a terrifying thought.

  9. You shoul go to a med spa and ask... they have this machine they used on me,  it feels like a vacuum, and it really works!

  10. Oh believe me I know how that feels. I mean I was playing soccer for my college, was on a strict diet and I still had cellulite. I was completely annoyed and frustrated. I started trying the at home treatments, but most of them really didn't do anything for me at all. I went to the salon a couple of times and it does work, but its not a cure and you have to go in for continual treatments. Each treatment was nearly 200 bucks for me and it would come back within a month. My mom got me to do this free trial with her that she found online and I have to say I was amazed with the results. Its just a lotion you put on everyday. So you have to keep up the treatments of course, but my cellulite has gone away and is staying away. Now I actually look like a soccer player should look like.

Oh lol btw the cream I got is called Body Shape and my mom found it here http://www.myireviews.com/cellulite-crea...

  11. haha mr.nixon is funny but diet and hardcore exercise should work.

  12. You should try the Cellulite Solution product at www.revitolskintherapy.com it worked for my mother and she swears by that stuff.

  13. Hi,

I used to have pretty bad cellulite which only got worse after I get pregnant. I had it mostly around my inner thighs and bottom and a bit on my tummy as well. I tried eating more healthy food and did a  lot of exercise as well which friends and family members recommended but my skin was still lumpy and floppy. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed to have got rid of her cellulite by using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked pretty well. It took a couple of weeks but my skin had improved a lot and I  managed to get rid of my cellulite completely. You can read more about the lady's article at the link below:

  14. Diet and excercise. Most creams don't actually work, or if they do they do very subtley and they are quite expensive. Just eat right and move your butt! Haha.

  15. You have to:

    - avoid fast food and sodas

    - massage your problem areas

    - scrub your problem areas (coffee ground scrubs work pretty well and cost nothing)

    - use a contrast shower

    - go for some body wrapping procedures.

Combined all together, these will make your cellulite invisible in several weeks - guaranteed! :). I work on it all the time and nobody knows I got cellulite.
