Who knows a good, family, local restaurant in Knoxville, TN?

Question

We'll be passing through Knoxville around lunch-time on Sunday and I'd ike to find somewhere local (not a chain) to take my family. The kids that will be with us are 17, 16 and 9 year old girls (who are quite picky), so it also has to be kid-friendly, but my husband and I like pretty-much anything.
