Who knows a good Japanese to english and english to japanese software?

does any1 know any program like MultiTrans that can translate english to japanese and japanese to english? and it must be freeware. Or if u have the cracked and working version of multitranse can u email it to [e-mail] ? i would appreciate it much. if not multitranse then any other translation software would be grately appreciated.
