Who knows about sponsored sites on Yahoo ....?

Question

I am in the process of starting my own company, selling products over the internet. I notice that when you do a search on yahoo you get the sponsored links at the top of the page. How do these work. I guess you have to pay yahoo to have your company come up at the top of the page. How do I enquire about these and how costly are they? Also, does everyone automatically read those first or are they ignored?? Any advice welcome ....

I think minimum bidding starts from 0.15 cents.

Better try Adwords for advertising,they start from 0.05
