I'm not seeing any Ella Shaw from Clinton County, KY...  OR from Clinton, Hickman County, KY.

In the Family Trees online, I'm finding only one Ella Shaw, is it possible this could be her?:

edit- Thanks for providing more details.  I'm not having any luck finding an Ella Shaw born in KY around the mid-1800's, do you have confirmation that Shaw was indeed her maiden name?

if Terry has the right Ella.. this seems to be the family in 1880, and perhaps your Ella is actually Sophrona E. Shaw

seems this family went to Arkansas for a few years, then back to Ky but in Boone county.

There are no Shaws there in 1850-1930.
