  1. well you need to know if the people or store prior to you was feeding live or frozen mice? maybe it prefers frozen if scared? also they dont always eat every 2 weeks. id give it a little more time before freaking out and try the opposite of what your doing now (as far as frozen or live). dont leave live mice in there if it wont eat...they will eat its eye balls out

call a vet if you cannot get it to eat in a few more weeks. also is it shedding? eyes blue or cloudy? if so then let it soak in water first or you could dampen a pillowcase (warm not hot water) and ring it out good. put the snake in there for 30 minutes and it will help shed (they wont eat while shedding usually)

  2. Don't worry my ball has gone for a month sometimes

Usually when he's going through his shedding period he stops eating

Have a look at his eyes are they cloudy? If so he's going to shed relax and by the way rats are better for snakes then mice

I give mine live rats I hold them by the tale and my ball strikes and pulls them from my hand Of course I wear a leather glove

  3. try giving it a diffrent color mouse i dout he is afraid of mice but its possible and if the diffrent color doesnt work try geting him a gerbal or something

  4. dont worry its not uncommon for them to go 6 months as they are finicky eaters but you could try finding an african soft fur rat their native food in africa. you can find them occasionally at reptile stores and if not check on www.asfrats.info but check your temps and humidity.
