Who knows anything about McCain's GI bill 2 and when is GI bill 3 coming out?

McCains bill would give more incentives to reenlist. Thats the basic difference in all the new proposals, which includes letting family members be able to use the fund, not just the military member. If there is a number 3, I am sure it will be out soon, by the time the election gets here both of them will give you the moon.
