Who knows anything about getting ticket insurance through ticketmaster?

I am looking to buy and sell tickets off of Ticketmaster.com, and I was wondering how complicated it is to get a refund if you insure your tickets through their site and file a claim? I would like to have tickets at my disposal but, not actually have to buy them until I have a buyer for them. Thanks

Ticketmaster's policy is "Let the buyer beware" meaning once you buy-they are yours. They do not replace lost, stolen or damaged tickets. Nor do they give refunds for any reason. It is clearly stated when you buy tickets from their site to make sure they are accurate and that you are aware of the "No refund" policy before you buy.
