Who knows anything about "My Pal Al"?

Hi. My mom bought my 6 month old daughter a toy from Walmart, it's called "My Pal Al", (it's an alligator).. and i cut off the tags a while ago. She spit up all over the thing and so i was wondering if anyone had the toy and could tell me if it was machine washable? I'm only asking because it has a battery.
