Who knows how to fix a PSP when the sound and video quits, and the power won't turn off?

I bought the console in Japan, the game i played was American. Games aren't region coded, but it totally messed up my picture and sound, and the battery has to deplete to turn off! Anyone know why!?!

Try closing all open files. Or remove some files. The memory may have been overcrowded.
