Who knows how to make an avatar for deviant art?

I keep trying, but it says I need to be the picture to be 50x50. I dont know how to do that....Infran View wont let me get those two numbers together

try to work on adobe photoshop. first, open a new layer that is sized 50x50. then, open the picture you want to make as an avatar. CTRL+A on the picture, CTRL+V (paste) on the 50x50 layer. Transform the size so it would fit the 50x50 layer. Save it as JPEG or PNG.
