Who knows how to put on eyeliner?

I'm going to a hardcore concert on the seventeenth!

ive put on eyeliner before

its blending i have a problem with.

not scenesterish though just A LOT of blending and A LOT of eyeliner

Put it on in little dashes instead of one straight line. Put it all along your top lashlines (careful--this is harder than the bottom lashlines) and from the center outward on your bottom lashlines. Smudge it with just a tiny bit of water--not in any particular direction, just smudge it around.

you pull your eyelid to the side and apply a thick line w/ liquid or pencil eyeliner then do the same to the other eye, then you can go back and put more over top & use a q-tip and sortve smear the top part or just use grey or black eyeshadow
