im an arab and after gumus and ihlamurlar altinda i wanna learn to speak it so badly. i would love to visit it though too.

well some turkish words are very similar to arabic like merhaba, tamam, nshalla, yani, and subat(february and in arabic shubat(pronounced)

I can speak it but umm, ure asking this in Turkey Travel section and obviously many of the ppl over here must be speaking it anyway.

Btw Jenufa we can tell how little u speak it. "Çok aS" sounds cute.

And Maryam I sympathize ur decision tho dont expect 5000 Arabic words out of 100.000 words in Turkish vocabulary to help u. Most of the Arabic words are obsolete anyway.
