  1. "The Host" is suppose to be one of the best in the city. It's located in the Avenue road and Yorkville area.

  2. You might want to go to the "Little India" district, on Gerrard Street East, just west of Coxwell.  There are many restaurants there so its fun to wander around, reading the menus and newspaper articles.  If you like buffets, quite a few of them have buffet tables.

  3. the Barbar on Queen street right near Chum, good prices and lots to choose from.  My fav.

  4. I think Dhaba on King Street is the best, and their lunch buffet is to die for, only $10.95!!! Get there early though because it gets busy, all the Bay Street Folks coming down for a good meal. The Indian Rice Factory is also good, I like their patio in the back.
