  1. Em Noy,

I am sorry to say that your father may no longer be alive. 1929 was a very long time ago. If his name is on your birth certificate, you are probably an American citizen.

America is a very large country, I have no idea where Roxas city is. E-mail me and I will give you the phone number of a lawyer in Saigon that may be able to help you claim your American citizenship. You will have to travel to Saigon or Hanoi.

    Good luck

  2. You may want to contact the Army . They may have better answers for you since you have so much details about your dad. Most of us here do not have any contact with the US military during the war or after the war so we can't give you any answers you're looking for. I hope you find your father soon. Good luck

  3. Noy, I was touched by your letter. Your father must be Filipino. His name and his address as Roxas City should without doubt the capital city of the province of Capiz, Philippines.

I hope that his relatives will know of this if ever he's not around anymore.
