i'm looking for a song that involves overcoming depression, and finally being happy after being in the dark for so long. does anyone know some? thank you!

A band called Staind touches on that topic often in their songs, notably in the song So Far Away.

Another of my favorites, which has the same theme, but which is portrayed in a bit darker of a way, is It's Been Awhile.

i think depression is because lack of endophins in brain.

and some specialist said when a person feels good can increase endophins things.
