Who knows the exact diameter of a cue ball??

on a regular table with regulation balls the cue ball is 2.250" in dia.........on a bar table the cue ball will vary in size form 2 1/8" all the way up to 2 5/8". These balls also vary in weight to help them dropout from the rest of the balls.

Like it is said above, each set of balls has different dimensions. Snooker balls come in different sizes. Billiard balls are normalls 2 1/4 inches. Snooker balls are slightly smaller.

depends on which cue ball you are using. They aren't all the same.
