Who knows the "Triodos Bank PLC", is it an official and valid bank?

I have received an email regarding money prize from an institute that has introduced this bank for opening account and remittance the money.I'd like to know if this Bank is valid and official. this is an EBank (electronic bank).How can I become assured to open an account (liquidation) in this bank?

This is a scam.  Don't answer it, just delete it and forget it.
