Who knows this recipe for Cocoa scones?

I got it out of the Kitchen Princess Manga(I borrowe dit form my friend a while back) and I tried it out,It tasted great in my opinion, But I cant remember the measurments for the ingrediants(I made six scones,but i probly cut back on stuff...)

I know it had flour,baking powder,cocoa,butter,and milk...(I dont remember egg,tohugh it might of had some) Does any one know the correct recipe??

  1. Double Chocolate Scones



    Ingredients

        2 cups all-purpose flour

        1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

        1/3 cup packed brown sugar

        2 teaspoons baking powder

        3/4 teaspoon baking soda

        1/8 teaspoon salt

        1/2 cup butter

        1 beaten egg yolk

        8 ounces pain yogurt

        1/2 cup miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Combine flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Cut in butter. Add egg yolk and yogurt to dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips and stir until soft. Spoon with tablespoon onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

    CHOCOLATE OATMEAL SCONES

    1 c. all purpose flour

    2 tsp. baking powder

    1/3 c. butter

    1 c. quick cooking rolled oats

    2 eggs, beaten

    3 tbsp. cocoa

    16 sugar substitutes

    In a medium mixing bowl stir together flour, sugar, and baking powder. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the oats and cocoa. Add the eggs and stir until the dry ingredients are moistened (the dough will be sticky). On a lightly floured surface roll or pat the dough into a 7 inch circle. Cut the circle into 12 wedges. Place the wedges on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
